WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and it is brought to our attention within 3 business days from when the product was received.


DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE US?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery may range between 3-5 weeks depending on shipment origin or delivery destination, customs, the shopping season or high demand for Trend Dropper's products.  We do our very best to get the products you love to your doorstep as fast as possible


I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL OF MY ITEMS. WHAT DO I DO?
It is possible that if you ordered more than one item, your items could be shipped from different distributors causing in different arrival times. Contact us for more information about specific orders and we will be happy to assist you.


CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
If you decide you want to cancel/change your order email us as soon as possible. If your item has already been marked shipped in our ordering system, then it is too late for us to cancel/change your order.  Due to time zone differences there may be a slight delay between our shipping system and updating your order status via email.

We accept payment via Debit card, Credit card, VISA, Paypal, or Apple Pay.
