Orders are typically processed and shipped out in 5-7 business days. At any point in the process you can check the status of your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. This will show you any and all tracking updates related to your order. Please note it may take 5-10 days for tracking info to update after shipment.
Delivery may range between 3-5 weeks depending on shipment origin or delivery destination, customs, the shopping season or high demand for Trend Dropper's products. Please be advised, we are currently experiencing delivery delays due to the impact of COVID-19 on global logistics operations. Shipments to Canada have been severely impacted and may see increased delays. We do our very best to get the products you love to your doorstep as fast as possible!
International shipments may require customs duty and other charges upon their arrival. This amount will depend on a number of factors such as; the total cost(high-value item), whether the goods are for your own personal use, etc. This cost will not be paid by Trend Droppers and is completely at your own cost. Please check with customs before you order.
Trend Droppers absolutely ships to both domestic and foreign countries (when available).
Missing Shipments. If the tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, you must take it up with the carrier who had the package in its possession last. Unfortunately, Trend Droppers holds no liability for missing packages shown as delivered.
Route Shipping Insurance: We are now proud to offer shipping insurance through Route which is available for purchase at checkout. If you purchased shipping insurance through Route, and have a shipping related issue, please contact them regarding filing a claim. By deselecting the option for Route Shipping Protection you are releasing Trend Droppers from any liability in regard to any and all lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Due to the impact of COVID-19 on global logistics operations, we strongly suggest selecting this option at checkout at this time. Peace of mind is a great thing to have. Trend Droppers does not receive any profits from the sale of Route Shipping Insurance. Deselecting the option for shipping insurance removes Trend Droppers and ARLOW Holdings LLC from any liability of lost, damaged or stolen shipments. Route Shipping Insurance is a non refundable fee paid directly to Route.
